59. Michelle Sagara, Cast in Ruin (Chronicles of Elantra #7) -- probably my favorite in the series to date (because all the dragons!), even though the writing still really, really annoys me. ( Spoilers )

20. Lev Grossman, The Magicians -- very interesting book. I loved the first half of it, while Quentin and company were at Brakebills. I enjoyed the rest of it, too, but in a different way. 53. Avi, Poppy -- this is a children's book that L read and then passed on to me, because it was about mice and she figured I'd like it. ( I did enjoy it, although not as much as L )

33. Michelle Sagara, Cast in Secret -- this book (#3 in the series) is the first one that didn't unduly irritate me; I dunno if I'm just getting used to the series/style or if it's actually getting better. 2. Hilari Bell, Fall of a Kingdom (Farsala Trilogy, Book 1) -- I felt like reading a YA novel after the massive, intrigue-filled tomes of ASOIAF and Kushel's Legacy, so I picked this book up from the Teen rack. ( It was OK, but didn't really provide the YA fix (non-spoilery) )
